Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage Brief Day Trips - (1 hour Day Tour)
The Sheldrick Park is just 5kms from the Nairobi National park. This is an orphanage of baby Elephants and Rhino. When the baby elephants and rhinos are orphaned by poaching they are brought in this park were they are nursed until they are out of danger and then they are released to the parks to join other animals.
Regular visits are from 11 am to 12pm to see them being fed. There are also private visits that can be arranged with Sojourn Safaris at 3pm.
